• Review drawings - recommend use/ value engineering adjustments
• Coordinate communication between architect and other construction
entities
Furniture Planning
• Furniture inventory and new/ existing use
plan
• Delivery lead time planning and installation scheduling
• Coordinate special needs: electrical,
heating, structural,
etc.
• Maintain component inventory on modular furniture
• Assist in source selection
• Maintain corporate standards
Telecommunications/
Computer Systems/ Network Planning
• Coordinate public carrier requirements and availability
of public carrier facility/lead times
• Telecommunications switch equipment - new or existing switch
migration plan
• Hardware deployment schemes
• Secure new/ existing equipment plan
• Server migration plan
• Cooling requirements
• Cable plant requirements
• Electrical support systems
Technology Needs
• Oversee both ends of move with coordinators
• Review manpower, start/stop times and claims
• Track lost items
Construction Closeout Management
• Establish and monitor substantial completion criteria
• Develop all contractor punchlists
• Secure certificate of occupancy and inspection final tags
from general contractor
• Secure final releases of lien from contractors
• Verify "as built" plans if required
Project Closeout Management
• Verify that all punchlist items are satisfactorily
completed
• Deliver warranty documents
• Deliver operation and maintenance manuals
• Conduct client satisfaction survey and project closeout meeting
• Prepare list of milestone dates for follow-up
